New Jersey Dent repairs
David Pinto, The CAR Guy, has been doing Paintless Dent Repair in South Jersey since 2000. As many in this profession, I started out doing work for dealerships, cleaning up small dings and dents for resale, but I started with the goal to bring painless dent repair out of the dealerships and to the general public. By 2001, I was servicing dealerships, and helping everyday people keep their cars looking their best!
Why we are different
Our No Drill policy means we are always striving to do the best possible repair while keeping the vehicle’s integrity. This means I do everything possible to do the repair by finding access for my tools without drilling holes in your car. Because I use state of the art tools, and I push myself to learn new techniques, you can be assured a high-quality repair as this is an art in metal shaping. There are also many changes in the materials being used. From aluminum to high strength steels, and even ultra-high strength steel. Each has its own properties that present their own challenges.

What we do
Today, The CAR Guy services Dealerships, body shops, and has a large retail customer base fixing dents. I fix everything from small dings, hail damage, and large complex dents. Door dings, garage mishaps, and everyday dents and creases, there are not many ways a dent can happen that I haven’t run across!
Industry Involvement
David Pinto has served on the board for PDR Nation, a non-profit organization that serves the paintless dent repair industry, by certifying and educating PDR technicians around the world. I have also competed in several international PDR competitions held at the Mobile Tech Expo in Orlando, Florida, and placed in the top 10 twice, placing 9th in 2014 and 5th in 2016 against some of the top techs from around the world. As a certified tech with PDR Nation, as well as a member of NAPDRT The National Alliance of Paintless Dent Repair technicians and an ARC Certified Master Technician, so you can trust you are in good hands. Together Pdr Nation and NAPDRT published the first and only standards of repair guidelines by the industry’s professionals.
